Why “About us” for a one man real estate team? We are never really alone. People never live their best life on their own. Being a solo dad, I bring my little guy on most of my appointments. My brokerage, Realty One Supreme, is a new, energetic brokerage with an experienced team, amazing tech and creative solutions. As a member of that team, I’m a bit biased, but I think the amount of cooperation, knowledge sharing and guidance is seriously impressive and I feel fortunate to be a part of it.
How can we help?
Many times, people know what they want, but not always the best way to get there. Outgrowing your home? Kids are all moved out and suddenly the house seems too big? Outgrowing your business and need more parking or a second location? So often our real estate needs need a more complex solution than “I need to buy/sell”. By discussing many of these wants and needs at the beginning, we can find the best solution for you to achieve your goals together.
What areas do we serve?
I try to stay within an hour or so radius of my home in Troy, PA. This allows me to better serve both my clients and my family. Some of the communities I’ve served are Troy, Berrytown, Gillett, Checkerville, Canton, Granville, Sayre, Athens, Columbia Cross Roads, East Smithfield, Burlington, Mansfield, Wellsboro and Rome. Of course, exceptions can always be made depending on your situation. Feel free to reach out, as even if your needs may not be a good match for me I have a network of other agents I can pair you with in order to help you achieve your goals.

Listing Agent – As a listing agent, I primarily market and advise. It is YOUR real estate and the decision are YOURS. I can better serve you by being the best advocate I can be for you and helping educate you about the various parts of the process – not telling you what to do, how much you’re going to accept for your property or anything else. Pushy, domineering agents should never get repeat business. I pride myself on finding the best win-win solutions I can in order to best serve your needs.
Buyer’s Agent – Home ownership is the first step to building wealth. The benefits to being a homeowner are many. Buying a new home can be an amazing, fulfilling feeling. Buying the WRONG home can be an absolute nightmare. By being in tune with your wants, needs and other contributing factors, I can find you a home you will be happy with.
Commercial Real Estate – Whether buying, selling or leasing, I can help. Many of the commercial opportunities in the area are either off market or hard to locate. Generally speaking, commercial properties in this area are on the market for years at a time, and often there are no signs or marketing advertising that they are even available. Living and working in the area, I tend to know many of the owners and many possible locations that can suit your needs.
